What we have seen in the last week has been a near masterclass in gaslighting by Colorado Democrats. Fortunately, few are falling for it.

It's been 7 years since Republicans held either chamber of the State Legislature, and 19 years since Colorado had a Republican governor.

The State budget has grown by 50% since Jared Polis was elected, and if not for TABOR, that number would be much, much higher.

They can try to blame Republicans all they want, but this budget deficit is their own making and now it's time for them figure out how to cut nearly $1B in spending without adding any new taxes or fees on Colorado taxpayers.
