Colorado Freedom Force - Special Report

It turns out, there is no "Epstein Client List" and there never was.

Last week, the Department of Justice and FBI quietly issued a memo stating their investigations "did not uncover evidence" of a list naming clients, nor any proof that Epstein blackmailed powerful individuals.

If you believe that, we have some prime, ocean-front property here in Colorado to sell you!

Something stinks, and this time it's not Greeley.

What's particularly interesting is that since the memo was issued, President Trump's most vocal adversaries have had nothing to say.

Senator Chuck Schumer? Radio Silence.

Hakeem Jeffries? Not a peep.

It looks like the DC Swamp is pulling a fast one on us all (again!) and it could be years, decades or even longer before we ever know the truth... if ever.

Meanwhile, here in Colorado, the Democrats running things are scrambling as they expect President Trump to sign the so-called One Big Beautiful Bill Act into law any day.

That means we are almost certain to see another Special Legislative Session in August.

The Trump Administration's efforts to block illegal aliens from receiving federal subsidies, as well as incentivize able-bodied individuals to look for employment could result in as much as $500M in lost revenue for Colorado.

This comes alongside approximately the same amount ($500M) in new state spending obligations.

Additionally, Colorado must now re-certify eligibility for Medicaid and SNAP assistance twice per year, requiring the hiring of several hundred new staff members and upgrading their systems. This comes with a projected cost of about $57 million.

The new tax policies regarding tipped wages and overtime taxes could also disrupt Colorado's current tax structure, and Legislators will need to decide whether to decouple or adjust state policies to avoid losing as much as $600M in revenue per year.

Keep in mind it took the Legislature months to balance the state's $44 billion budget. Now, legislators will almost certainly be forced to go back to the drawing board next month.

Please stay tuned for important action items related to the Special Legislative Session soon!
