If you're dedicated to fighting for freedom in Colorado, it's a requirement to have at least a mild tolerance to getting mad at everything the Democrats do.
But now and again, they pull a stunt that will rightfully make you slam your fist on the table.
Like getting a pay raise while they're dealing with a $1.5B budget deficit THEY caused!
Just don't hit your keyboard when you slam your fist. You're going to need it in a moment!

While families are being forced to cut back and costs keep rising, Colorado's elected officials are waiting out the clock on pay raises for themselves.
Not small pay increases either:
- 45% increase for the Attorney General
- 28% increase for the State Treasurer
- 26% increase for the Secretary of State
- 11% increase for the Governor
- 6% increase for legislators
These raises were never put on the ballot, and they are not required by the Constitution.
Two years ago, Colorado Democrats passed HB24-1059 to create an "independent" commission to recommend salaries for elected officials.
The commission's recommendations will automatically take effect January 1, 2027, unless the Legislature passes a bill this session to modify or block them.
That's why we have launched a petition demanding immediate action from every member of the Colorado Legislature to introduce a bill to block these raises and then UNANIMOUSLY pass it through the Legislature before May 13.
