Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you and Colorado Freedom Force concerning your access to and use of ColoradoFreedomForce.com and any pages, forms, petitions, communications, features, or services made available through the website collectively referred to as the “Site.”

By accessing, browsing, submitting information through, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 should not submit personal information through the Site.

By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms or that your parent or legal guardian has agreed to them on your behalf.

Website Purpose and Informational Content

Colorado Freedom Force is a social welfare and advocacy organization. The Site provides information, commentary, educational material, legislative updates, opportunities for civic participation, and ways to support the organization’s mission.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational and advocacy purposes. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You should consult an appropriate professional before relying on Site content for decisions requiring professional judgment.

Public policy, legislation, elections, and government actions can change quickly. Although we strive to provide useful and accurate information, we do not guarantee that every item will remain complete, current, or error-free.

Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, downloadable materials, and other content are owned by Colorado Freedom Force or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access the Site for lawful personal, educational, and noncommercial civic purposes. You may link to public Site pages and share unaltered excerpts for noncommercial discussion when you provide appropriate attribution and do not imply endorsement by Colorado Freedom Force.

You may not reproduce, modify, republish, sell, license, remove attribution from, or commercially exploit substantial portions of Site content without prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Colorado Freedom Force name, logo, trademark, or other protected material.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or legal right.
• Impersonate another person or submit false or misleading identifying information.
• Submit another person’s contact information without authorization.
• Interfere with, disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, automated scripts, scraping tools, or excessive requests.
• Use bots or automated methods to submit petitions, forms, messages, or contributions.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or unlawfully target another person or organization.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with or endorsement by Colorado Freedom Force.
• Use Site content or services for unauthorized commercial solicitation or fundraising.
• Assist or encourage anyone else to engage in prohibited conduct.

Petitions, Advocacy Tools, and Submissions

The Site may allow you to sign petitions, send messages to public officials or other recipients, submit forms, provide comments, or participate in similar calls to action. When you use one of these tools, you authorize Colorado Freedom Force and its service providers to process your submission and transmit the information reasonably necessary to the intended recipient or recipients, as further described in our Privacy Policy and the applicable form.

You represent that information you submit is accurate, that you are submitting it on your own behalf, and that your submission does not violate the rights of another person. Colorado Freedom Force may reject, remove, edit, or decline to transmit a submission that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, duplicative, technically harmful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the advocacy tool.

If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, photograph, statement, or other material for possible publication, you grant Colorado Freedom Force a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that material for its educational, advocacy, and promotional purposes. You may withdraw permission for future use by contacting us, although withdrawal will not require removal from materials already produced or distributed.

Email and Mobile Communications

If you provide an email address or mobile number and affirmatively opt in to receive communications, you authorize Colorado Freedom Force and its service providers to send you informational, advocacy, fundraising, and organizational messages using the contact information you provide.

Email recipients may unsubscribe using the link provided in an email or by contacting us. Mobile-message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive mobile messages is not a condition of making a contribution or using the Site. You may revoke consent to text messages at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us at info@coloradofreedomforce.com.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for notifying us if your email address or mobile number changes. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Contributions

Contributions made through links on the Site may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Your use of that provider is also subject to its terms, privacy practices, and transaction procedures. Colorado Freedom Force does not receive or store complete payment-card information when it is handled directly by the payment provider.

Colorado Freedom Force is organized as a section 501(c)(4) social welfare organization. Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income-tax purposes.

You represent that information submitted in connection with a contribution is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Questions or requests concerning a contribution should be directed to info@coloradofreedomforce.com.

Privacy

Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information are described in the Colorado Freedom Force Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described in that policy and in any additional notice presented when information is collected.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to or rely upon third-party websites, payment processors, advocacy platforms, social networks, analytics services, email or mobile-message providers, and other services that Colorado Freedom Force does not control. A link or integration does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of the third party or its practices.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Colorado Freedom Force is not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. You use them at your own discretion and risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. COLORADO FREEDOM FORCE DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, free of harmful components, or that any content will be complete, accurate, or current. Your use of the Site is at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLORADO FREEDOM FORCE AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Colorado Freedom Force and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, service providers, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Site and changing the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also restrict or terminate access by a user who violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, or interferes with the operation or mission of the Site. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law and General Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought in a state or federal court located in Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the Site unless a separate written agreement applies.
